Welcome to my website.

It seems I've always had a passion for photography. Starting to photograph as a young woman, most of the time I either had a cat or dog in front of my lense learning to understand and appreciate that special bond between pets and their owners. To most of my surprise I watched vanity on the part of human subjects to be rare. This is why I love what I do!

For all the "petless" people I have met, petlessness was a temporary state.

Today I consider myself an on-location lifestyle photographer, meaning I prefer to do most of my work outside the studio, even in winter.

I made this decision because I love to work in the environment with natural light and natural surroundings. I feel that sometimes it can be unnatural and somewhat artificial for an animal to pose in a Studio and even for some people for that matter. Every session is different and totally created to you and your pet's unique personality meaning that you may also choose a location that has a special meaning to you such as a favorite park that you and your dog love to take walks in.

It is important to me to have fun during a session and that the session stays true to you and your pet to capture those real natural moments.

Because cats are better photographed in their home enviroment ( rather than a park ) I have a studio that travels with me. Some of my favorite Studio work is right in front of a large window, again using natural lighting which may be inhanced by another light if so needed. This option is not exclusive to your 4 legged family members but for all 2 legged, too, of course!
